In this mystery-filled story, the leading role is given to former Pinkerton Agency detective Booker DeWitt. He was sent to Colombia with the goal of finding and freeing a certain Elizabeth, for whom the city of the future became a flying prison as a child. The detective will have to establish a relationship with the girl in order to use her and his unusual abilities together – after all, only the two of them will be able to get out of Columbia, which is losing altitude every second (and therefore its collapse is only a matter of time).
