You can try switching the language in steam_emu.ini, changing Language=russian to Language=english

I just want to ask, is it like a win rar file or their will just be a zip file with direct setup.exe file that will just run the game. I dont want to download winrar etc and turn off my device other security options……….So just tell is it like easy download like in your hollowknight silksong zip file or the old winrar for windows 7
