Agent 64: Spies Never Die is a retro first person shooter inspired by the classic console shooters of the 1990s. You play as secret agent John Walter, who is sent on 14 missions to stop his old enemy Dominic Pulp and prevent a dangerous scheme from unfolding. Missions take you through places such as skyscrapers, nightclubs, museums, catacombs, and snow covered bases, with objectives that include stealing secret plans, hacking terminals, and rescuing hostages. You can play the campaign alone or bring friends along through online or split screen co-op.
The missions give you more freedom as the difficulty increases. Higher difficulty levels add extra objectives and open up more areas to explore, while Paradox Mode introduces more than 70 modifiers and cheats that can completely change how a mission plays. There’s also an Arena mode for multiplayer matches with up to eight players and additional bots, with options for Deathmatch, Capture the Briefcase, Zone, and custom challenges. Agent 64: Spies Never Die keeps the old school shooter formula simple, with fast gunfights, secret agent missions, and plenty of room for replaying levels with different challenges and modifiers.
