CS Manager is an esports management game where you take charge of a Counter-Strike style team and try to work your way to the top of the competitive circuit. You can choose from more than 140 teams, ranging from established professional organizations to amateur squads, or create your own organization and start from the bottom. Managing the team isn’t just about finding the five best players. Roles, individual skills, personalities, languages, team chemistry, finances, staff, and the expectations of the owner all play a part in how well the organization performs.
Once your roster is ready, you’ll need to prepare for matches across eight different maps. You can choose your in-game leader, decide how quickly the team plays, set attacking and defensive approaches, and give instructions and timeouts while the match is happening in real time. Different players have different strengths and preferences, so building a good map pool means figuring out where your particular squad performs best. CS Manager focuses on the decisions behind a successful esports team, from putting together the right roster to developing tactics that can actually win matches.
