Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era is a turn-based strategy RPG and official prequel to the classic Heroes of Might and Magic series. Set in a vibrant fantasy world, you lead powerful heroes and their armies across dangerous lands filled with mythical creatures, ancient treasures, and rival factions. You can choose from six factions, including the Temple, Grove, Dungeon, and Necropolis, while exploring handcrafted and procedurally generated maps, expanding your empire, and building up towns to support your growing forces.

Each hero develops through experience, skills, spells, and equipment, while different units provide their own abilities and tactical possibilities in battle. You’ll gather resources, capture towns, recruit and upgrade creatures, uncover valuable artifacts, and use terrain and strategic positioning to gain an advantage over your enemies. Turn-based battles combine powerful spells, unique unit abilities, and hero skills, while the game also includes a narrative campaign, AI skirmishes, multiplayer modes, and a map editor for creating custom scenarios. Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era is currently in Early Access, with additional campaign content, maps, and other features planned as development continues.
