I’m No Demonlord is a roguelike bullet hell shooter where things get complicated after a demon king escapes from his magical seal and takes over the body of an ordinary adventurer. Instead of simply fighting monsters and getting stronger, you’ll have to figure out what to do with your new identity while uncovering the king’s plans and deciding who deserves to be saved. Along the way, you’ll choose different routes, explore treasure and challenge rooms, and discover abilities that can completely change the way your character develops.
The game gives you a lot of freedom when building your character, with more than 1,000 different construction mechanics and plenty of ways for abilities and factions to interact with each other. The combinations can lead to very different builds from one run to another, so experimenting is a big part of the experience. You can play alone or bring a friend into the adventure through local or remote co-op for two players. I’m No Demonlord mixes fast bullet hell combat with roguelike progression and a story that lets you decide whether your possessed hero will protect the kingdom, turn against it, or embrace his new identity.
