Game-Overiew

The game takes place in the time period between Heroes VI and Heroes V, ten years after the assassination of Empress Miw. The plot tells us the story of the difficult choice of Duke Ivan from the Griffin family, who claims the throne after the collapse of the Falcon Empire. Not knowing what decision to make—to abandon the struggle for power or to continue the war—Ivan assembles a Shadow Council, which includes representatives of different factions. Across six campaigns, each of the advisors will tell Ivan a story from the past about a legendary hero of their people, so that Ivan can learn important lessons before making his final decision. In the seventh campaign, the main character is Ivan himself.
