Ori and the Blind Forest is a hand-drawn action platformer set in the forest of Nibel, a beautiful place that is slowly dying after a devastating storm. You play as Ori, a young orphan who sets out to restore the forest and uncover the events that brought it to the brink of destruction. The journey takes you through forests, caves, ruins, and other dangerous areas as you search for a way to bring life back to Nibel.
Exploration and platforming are at the heart of the game. As you progress, Ori gains new abilities that let you reach previously inaccessible areas, overcome environmental obstacles, and deal with increasingly dangerous enemies. You’ll also encounter puzzles and challenging sections that test your movement and timing. The hand-painted artwork and fully orchestrated soundtrack give the world a distinctive atmosphere, while the story focuses on themes of love, sacrifice, and hope.
