Path of Idle: Old Gods Rising is an idle RPG with a dark fantasy setting where you serve an ancient Old God and build a cult on the sealed grounds of Blackreef Isle. You recruit exiled criminals with hidden potential and use the Old God’s blood to turn them into powerful Godsworn. Once they’re ready, you can send them into battle to gather loot, gain experience, and grow stronger while the combat plays out automatically.
There’s still plenty to work on while your team fights. You can collect and combine equipment, experiment with six different classes, improve your skills, and build up the town with facilities that provide useful bonuses. Different game modes let you send your Godsworn on expeditions, explore new areas, climb the Divine Tower, or venture into other dimensions. Seasonal content also adds separate progression paths, while the long term goal is to break the seals, defeat the Outer Gods, and awaken the sleeping Old God beneath Blackreef Isle. Path of Idle: Old Gods Rising keeps the hands-on work light, letting you focus more on building strong characters and finding better gear while your team handles the fighting.
