shapez is a relaxed factory-building game focused entirely on automating the production of increasingly complex shapes. You start by extracting basic shapes from an infinitely expanding world, then process, cut, rotate, stack, and combine them into new designs that must be delivered to the HUB. As the requirements become more complicated, you’ll unlock new buildings and spread your factory across the map to find the shapes and resources needed to keep production moving.
The game gives you plenty of freedom to design efficient production lines using belts, machines, copy-and-paste tools, and optional wiring and logic systems. You can extract and mix paint to create different colors, stack multiple layers of shapes, and continually increase your factory’s throughput as demand grows. shapez has no enemies, timers, or resource limits, allowing you to build at your own pace while gradually tackling more demanding production challenges in an endlessly expanding sandbox.
