Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced brings Edward Kenway’s pirate adventure back with rebuilt visuals, updated gameplay, and new story content. Set during the Golden Age of Piracy, you sail the Caribbean as Edward, raiding enemy ships, exploring islands, and getting caught up in the long-running conflict between the Assassins and Templars. You can move between stealth and open combat, using the Hidden Blade, swords, pistols, and other weapons as you make your way through the story.

The Jackdaw remains a major part of the adventure, but its naval combat has been expanded with new mechanics and alternate firing options. You can upgrade the ship as you take on stronger vessels, while the open world gives you plenty of places to explore, including tropical jungles, underwater wrecks, and stormy waters. The remake also adds new storylines involving characters such as Blackbeard and Stede Bonnet, along with new officers, sea shanties, pets, and a photo mode. Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced keeps the pirate-focused identity of the original while giving Edward’s adventure a larger and more modern presentation.
