Mall: Tidy Up Together is a first-person organization simulation where you take on the task of restoring order to a large shopping mall. You need to collect and shelve 3,682 products, placing each item in the correct store and location. The mall includes a supermarket, bookstore, cosmetics store, video game store, gift shop, hardware store, toy store, sporting goods shop, and several other specialty stores. You can play alone, work with friends through online co-op, or compete against other players in online PvP.

As you organize the mall, you can unlock skills that make sorting and shelving more efficient. These include automatically sorting items, highlighting the correct shelf or matching products, automatically placing products, and automatically collecting matching items. Mall: Tidy Up Together also includes Sandbox Mode with all skills unlocked and No-Skill Mode for a more challenging experience. It combines casual organization, collection, light puzzle solving, and multiplayer competition into a straightforward simulation focused on turning a cluttered mall into an organized one.
